Sean and I married July 30, 2011! This was the same rock that was painted for my birthday by a dear friend when I was a student at the Con… same colors, same shamrock… Sean wasn’t a student here but I told him the story about the rocks and what it had meant to me when we first started dating, much, much later… we live in Rochester, NY, and he drove out that morning, painted the rock, drove back, picked me up, and drove me out in time for dinner at lorenzo’s- how could I resist someone who would listen so carefully and put that much effort into a proposal??
